2 press

3 push press

4 push jerks

5 split jerks

then

double unders

in 8 min run 800m, with the remaining time do as many reps as possible of: over head squats (135/95)

rest 3 min

in 10 min run 400m, with the remaining time do as many rounds as possible of:

2 legless rope climbs

Corporal Ryan C. McGhee, 21, was killed in action on May 13, 2009 by small arms fire during combat in central Iraq. He served with 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment of Fort Benning, GA. This was his fourth deployment, his first to Iraq.

AMRAP in 30 min of:

5 deadlifts (275/200)

13 push ups
