    2 Power Cleans (185/135)
    7 Muscle-ups

Attention CFC- There will be NO AM classes on Wed. However, we will have a 5 & 6pm on Wed. On Thursday there will be NO 0830 class but we will have a 0630 that morning. Sorry for the inconvenience.

100 Double Unders for time
    Rest as needed then...
 
10 Sled Sprints with 90lbs on sled (For the distance of the parking area. No time component)

Depend on the rabbit's foot if you will, but remember... it didn't work for the rabbit!
