for time:

400m run (team must be together)

 75 partner deadlifts (245/160)

75 burpees*

75 box jumps*

200m partner farmers carry (245/160)

*can be partitioned as each team sees fit

*super set each with 2 skin the cats

 

Amrap in 12 min

8 Power cleans 135/95

8 chest to bar pull ups

Tabata push press (75/55)

rest 1 min

Tabata sit ups

rest 1 min

Tabata B2B squats!

 

with the remaining time... work on a skill you suck at or chat with a friend.

150m sprint

12 HR push ups

10 hang power cleans (95/65)

then

High bar back squat

2-2-2-2 @ 85% - 90% 1RM
