WOD Classes:

The WOD classes are group personal training sessions led only by CrossFit Certified instructors. Each class is step by step instruction on the proper execution of the day's exercises, a thorough warm up, the WOD (workout of the day), and cool down/stretching/skills time.

INTRO TO CROSSFIT COURSE:

An introduction to CrossFit foundations course is required to all new CrossFit Camden members who lack previous exposure to CrossFit methodologies. The classes gradually introduce a new participant to the exercises and intensity of CrossFit. These classes are intended to help insure that our clients have a basic understanding of CrossFit foundations and are prepared for fully scaled CrossFit workout of the days (WODs).

The Introduction to CrossFit course is available by appointment, so call, email or stop by to schedule an appointment with Dave.
