WOD:

"Viking"
For Time:
Row in from sea = 1000m row
Run to the fight w/battle ax =  .8 mile run with sledge
Engage enemy = 50 right sledge strikes
Engage enemy again! = 50 left sledge strikes
Run back to ship w/battle ax = .8 mile run with sledge
Row back out to sea = 1000m row

Wish I could take credit for that WOD but it was designed and programmed by some of my bad a$$ friends that taught me about CrossFit years ago, and that I’ve had the privilege of standing in harms way with…Fun WOD!

Its just awkward running with that sledge hammer. I don't mind the slow moving stares.

It was perfect weather today for the viking! Great job everyone :) Heather..sorry your sick :( We missed you too Howard :) Maybe Saturday will be open gym and you guys could make it up. Thanks for sticking around and helping Cody so Dave and I could do the wod tonight. Becca..sorry for the mix-up this morning..You can make it up with Heather and Howard.

I wish I could of been there for this one. Fighting stomach bug or food poisioning. Hope I have the energy tomorrow or I'll see you guys Wednesday.
