WOD:

"A lil' bit of Kelly"

3 rounds for time of:

400m run

30 box jumps 24"

30 wall ball shots (20lbs/14)

I'm in! Day one complete and I'm on my way to seven points. I wont get any bonus points for sleep....I have to be up at 0330 for work. Nite!
